A guide to ordering using the eShop
Ordering could not be easier
1 - Browse through our range of products and offers
2 - Select 'find out more' for more information on a particular product
3 - Click the 'Add to Basket' button
4 - Select where in the world you want the product shipped
5 - Enter an email so we know where to send your receipt
6 - Go through to our secure shopping area* to complete your transaction
A receipt email will be sent to you detailing all your shopping basket items, your customer number and any other information you need.
*We use Barclaycard Business to process all of our online payments securely.

1. What is Postage and Packaging price?
The prices displayed on the website include Postage & Packaging to the UK. For European and Overseas orders, the P&P price will vary depending on the item. This will be clearly displayed when you select your shipping destination in the checkout area.
2. What currency are transactions made in?
All purchases are made in Sterling.
3. What online payment options do I have?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and many more The exact types are displayed within the secure shopping area*

4. How do I return items?

7. How secure are my credit card details?
All your detail are safe and secure. All transactions are performed on a secure web server*.
All information provided is encrypted using the industry standard SSL technology.
*We use Barclaycard Business to process all of our online payments securely.
8. What do you do with my personal information?
We will use your personal details to process your order. We may contact you in the future about Imagine Publishing special offers but you will be able to opt out of this immediately if you no longer wish to receive this information.

10. My order has been Declined, why?
Please DO NOT contact eShophelp@imagine-publishing.co.uk if your order is declined. The secure banking system we use does not provide us with confidential information on why a card is declined. We ask you politely to try again or try another card.
11. Can I use my American Express card?
The eShop unfortunatley does not accept American Express at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience and ask you politely to use an alternative card. The list of accepted card is displayed at the bottom of the eShop home page.
12. I get a CPI Error page appear when completing an order, why?
If you are getting this error please ensure that you have the 'www' typed into the URL that you are using. (i.e http://www.imagineshop.co.uk and NOT http://imagineshop.co.uk).
13. The item is Out of stock when will it be back in stock?
We apologise for items that are out of stock. Imagine Publishing only initially produce a limited number of copies and once these have been sold we cannot offer them for sale. However we are obligated to keep them on the eShop so that our customers know of their existence. Periodically some items may become available if more stock is sourced, but we cannot guarantee this. We will always endeavour to offer alternative products or advertise a new edition of the product when it is imminent. (Also see Where can I buy my item in a shop?).
14. I supplied the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?
If you have entered the incorrect shipping address please contact eshophelp@imagine-publishing.co.uk as soon as possible. Please quote your order ID, the address you originally entered and the replacement address. All this information is required for us to confirm you are the person that ordered the item and also amend your details.
*PLEASE NOTE If you have received a SHIPPED email then you item has already been dispatched and will be delivered to the address you entered when filling out the online form.
15. Can I change the quantity of an item I have ordered?
If you have filled in the incorrect quantity (for example you have ordered two copies of a magazine issue and you only wanted one) please contact eshophelp@imagine-publishing.co.uk as soon as possible. Please quote your order ID, and details of the change. We will amend our system and you will receive a credit email confirming the amount your credit card has been credited.
*PLEASE NOTE If you have received a SHIPPED email then you item has already been dispatched and will be delivered to the address you entered when filling out the online form.
16. I have not received an email receipt!
If your transaction was successful but you have not received an order ID number receipt via email then please contact eshophelp@imagine-publishing.co.uk.
17. I have not received a SHIPPED email yet!
If you have not received a SHIPPED email within the shipping time specified within the Purchase Policy section then please contact eshophelp@imagine-publishing.co.uk. Whilst your order is being process the eshop help service cannot supply you with a date that the item will be shipped, we can only confirm if your order has been shipped or not.
18. Where can I buy my item in a shop?
We are a UK based company and do not have specific details of every store around the world that supplies our products. If the item you are looking for is out of stock then please contact your local bookstore, supermarket or news agents to see if they stock the item.
